Refund policy

Time Frame: Allow returns within 30 days of delivery for customer satisfaction.

Condition: Require items to be returned in original condition, unused, and with tags attached.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Return Process: To begin the return process, please send a message to our social media accounts or email us with your:

• Full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for completing the return. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Approved returns may be eligible for an exchange or refund to the original form of payment. 

Exceptions: Any non-returnable items will be noted.
